DSM staff have expertise in facilitating formal stakeholder groups and conducting focus groups.
DSM staff develop new training curriculum and conduct training sessions with government, non-profit and private sector clients on a range of environmental topics, including waste and recycling facility operations, special event recycling programs, waste characterization strategies, compost operations, and pollution prevention activities.
