Privatization of Collection Services

DSM was retained by the City of Sousse to assist in the privatization of collection services for this resort city on the Mediterranean. DSM developed the Request For Tenders, assisted with evaluation and selection of a preferred contractor, and prepared the contract documents. DSM was then asked to assist in initial implementation of the contract, preparing an implementation plan, and monitoring and education plans.
