City of Concord Solid Waste Management Plan

DSM was contracted to develop Concord's new Solid Waste Management Plan designed to increase recycling and address future changes in disposal costs. DSM also worked with the City to negotiate the first curbside recycling program contract.

Currently DSM is working with Concord on potential implementation of a PAYT program for residential waste.
