Tufts University Composting Program Augmentation Analysis DSM is currently helping the Tufts Office of Sustainability assess the feasibility of expanding its composting programs to all University eateries, including post-consumer waste, and using compostable bioplastics for food delivery and service ware. Combining on-site visits, interviews with staff, and analysis of data collected by Tufts, DSM is estimating the implementation costs and diversion potential at the retail campus eateries with and without switching food delivery containers and service ware to bioplastics.
